Vessel OS is an internal operating system for Vessel Investment Group. This notice explains what we collect when you use the product and how that information is handled.
Who this applies to
Vessel OS is available only to people who have been provisioned by Vessel. There is no public self-signup.
Information we process
- Account details such as name, email, role, and sign-in activity
- Workspace content you enter or that is connected for team use (records, notes, tasks, travel, and similar)
- Technical logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable
How we use it
We use this information to operate Vessel OS, authenticate users, enforce access, support the executive team’s work, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Data may be processed by vendors that host or secure the product (for example authentication and database providers). Access inside Vessel is limited by role and need.
Retention
We keep account and workspace data while Vessel OS is in use for the team, and for a reasonable period afterward for security, audit, and legal needs.
